Puppy Standards

Puppies are raised indoors in a facility that is regularly sanitized. They are weighed regularly to ensure they grow and thrive. Puppies will receive preventative wormer at 3 & 5 weeks old. They will be vet checked at 7 weeks old and receive their first set of vaccines. They are played with daily and well socialized!

Deposits and Payments

Reservations are made with a $300 deposit. The remaining $900 is due at pickup.

Please note that deposits are non-refundable.

Puppy Visits

Due to the risk of visitors bringing in parvovirus or other viruses, we do not allow puppy visits until after they have their first set of vaccines. We are happy to send you photos, videos, or FaceTime.

Purchasing Agreement

The following purchasing agreement must be signed prior to taking the puppy home.

1) Buyer agrees to agreement regarding puppy described above under the following conditions. NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS ARE NEITHER EXPRESSED NOR IMPLIED.

2) Contract/agreement/warranties are only implied between the Breeder & the original Buyer, NOT to a third party.

3) As of the date of the agreement, puppy is believed to be in good health & free of communicable diseases. Puppy was seen by licensed veterinarian on _______________ and was deemed healthy and free of disease.

4) The Breeder is not responsible for veterinary bills resulting from Buyer’s vet check or veterinary treatment of puppy at any point once dog has left Breeder’s care/property.

5)  There is no guarantee against giardia, coccidia, fleas, worms, ear mites, due to Breeder having no control over said puppy’s NEW environment.  There is no guarantee against Parvo.  Puppy was vaccinated against Parvo at 7 weeks and must continue vaccinations as recommended by your veterinarian. Please exercise caution when taking puppy outside until vaccinations are completed.

6) Buyer is strongly encouraged to have puppy examined by his or her own veterinarian. If puppy is believed to be affected by a health condition, the Breeder has the right to request a second veterinary opinion including requesting puppy be seen by his or her own vet. The Buyer must provide to the Breeder proof of the examination & all diagnosis with all phone numbers & names of treating Veterinarians.

7) Breeder shall not be held responsible for the development of any diseases or disorders. All expenses regarding puppy including proper care, veterinary fees, housing, or legal expenses & liabilities are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

8) Deposits are not refundable. Please note that all puppy sales are final unless a health issue is documented by a licensed veterinarian.
